ASV Chapters
Several of the Local Chapters have posted their own webpages with information about local events, contact information, etc. If the name of the Local Chapter appears in blue in the following list, you can click on the Chapter Name to link to their webpage.

Meetings are held at the Meeting Room, Carroll County Public Library, 101 Beaver Dam Road, Hillsville, VA
Please call in advance of attending meeting to insure there have been no changes or to learn of specific topic for meeting.
Most meetings will be informal workshop types of meetings with guest speakers approximately every quarter - possibly bi-monthly.
Tentative: On-going Archival Research Sessions at Clerk of Circuit Court's Office (Carroll County, Grayson County, Patrick County, and Wythe County)

Local Chapters normally hold monthly or bi-monthly business meetings with activity reports and a guest speaker. Many of the chapters alternate sit-down meetings with outdoor activities such as field survey, visiting archaeological excavations, and picnics.
